The Steps: One has to sit on the yoga mat in a kneeling position, and then lower the torso over the thighs in a way that the hands touch the ground. One can stay in the position for 30 seconds or a minute before coming back to the ‘sitting upright’ position. Regular and controlled breathing is important while practising this pose. 2. Uttanasana:
