2.Pucker Up

Tilt your head back and look upwards at the ceiling. Pucker your lips to stretch the area beneath your chin. Hold this position for a few seconds and then bring your head back to its normal position. Perform ten reps of this exercise.

3.Tongue Stretch

Keep your head straight and look ahead. Stick out your tongue as far as you can. Then lift the tongue upwards towards your nose. Hold for 10 seconds and release. Repeat this 3-4 times.

4.Bottom Jaw Jut

Tilt your head back and then look upwards towards the ceiling. Turn your head to the right and then slight your bottom jaw forward. Hold the position for five to ten seconds and release. Then repeat the exercise with your head turned to the left. Complete two sets of 10 reps each.

5.Jaw Stopper

Stand or sit straight and move your jaws up and down quickly like you are chewing, keeping your lips together. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly. Open your mouth as wide as possible and press the tip of your tongue against your lower teeth. Hold this position for a few seconds; inhale and exhale with a ‘sigh’ sound. This whole exercise takes about 90 seconds to complete.

6.Circle of Life

Sit straight and keep your shoulders down, tilt your head back to face the ceiling. Shut your lips but stay relaxed. Keeping your lips closed; open your mouth slightly so that it forms an “O” shape. Hold the position for 20 seconds. Relax your mouth and lower your chin to return to the starting point. That is one rep. Complete two sets of 10 reps each.
