Dr Bihari completed his MBBS from Institute of Medical Sciences, Banaras Hindu University (IMS-BHU) in 2008. Then, he went on to complete his DM - Neurology from Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education & Research (IPGMER, SSKM Hospital), Kolkata in the year 2012.
