Extremely sad to see the service. Never got to see the doctor. My parents are 80 years old. After being given appointment, they were made to wait outside on the street - STANDING - for 30 minutes with Vertigo problem. NUMEROUS requests were made to give a stool to sit at least or make them sit inside the huge verandah but request was not heard. Pathetic staff. INHUMAN. So what if the doctor is good. Horrible experience. I am sorry to write such a note but left with no choice where there is NO HUMANITY. Will find another doctor who has more patience than patients.
