1. Massage

A massage can be beneficial for swollen feet, and it’s one of the best remedies for swollen feet. It helps relax sore muscles by creating pressure on the affected area. It can also assist in improving circulation as well as it promotes excess fluid drainage to reduce swelling.For massage, you can rub some mustard oil or olive oil on the swollen part, gently massage the area for 3-5 minutes in an upward direction and do it gently, do not apply too much pressure. Yu can repeat the same several times a day for good results. As mentioned before, if the swelling is due to pregnancy then you must visit a therapist who specialises in prenatal massage.

2. Lemon Water

Yes, it is believed that lemon water can help flush out excess toxins from the body which can help reduce swelling in the feet as well as other parts of the body caused due to water retention. It also works to keep the body hydrated and provides anti-inflammatory benefits.Just add two tablespoons of lemon juice to a cup of warm water.
