It can also assist in improving circulation as well as it promotes excess fluid drainage to reduce swelling.For massage, you can rub some mustard oil or olive oil on the swollen part, gently massage the area for 3-5 minutes in an upward direction and do it gently, do not apply too much pressure. 2. Lemon Water
