1. Salt + Baking Soda + Olive Oil= Healthy Feet

It is a useful remedy for treating foot fissures. Take two to three tablespoons of salt and add three tablespoons of baking soda to it. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to and stir well. Apply this mixture all over your feet.

2. Sugar, Olive Oil and Lemons for Happy Feet

Take ¼ cup of sugar and add two tablespoons of olive oil in a jar. To this mixture, add a teaspoon of lemon juice and mix it well. The mixture must be thick and grainy. Apply this scrub on the feet. Let it stay for three minutes and rinse it off with water. You can store the left out mixture for future use.

3. Roses and Rosemary for Pretty Feet.

To make this scrub you require, some rose petals and rosemary. Pound these together. Add ½ cup of sugar and sesame oil to it. A rough paste will be formed. Rub this paste onto your feet for two to three minutes. Once done, let the paste stay on your feet until it dries. After drying, wash off with lukewarm water.

4. Coconut oil for Eye Catchy Feet.

For preparing this scrub, you need to use pure coconut oil. Mix ½ cup of salt with three tablespoons of coconut oil and few drops of any other favourite essential oils of yours. Scrub your feet with this mixture and wash off with lukewarm water.  It is perfect for healing dry and cracked feet. This is a useful and the most economical scrub as you can store it for two-three months.

5. Soothing Peppermint and Sugar Scrub

Take ½ cup of sugar, olive oil and a few drops of peppermint oil and mix it together. You will get a grainy mixture. Apply this to your feet before bath and scrub for some time in circular motions. Wash it off. This can be stored in an airtight container.

Are you suffering from dry and rough heel fissures? Treat them with a dose of hydration with this Homemade Foot Scrub recipe. Take ¼ cup of brown sugar in a jar and add two tablespoons of coconut oil, ½ teaspoon of peppermint essential oil and two tablespoons of honey. Massage this mixture into your feet in a circular motion using firm strokes for three-four minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Save the remaining scrub.

7. Mint Foot Scrub

For preparing this scrub at home, you need ½ cup of brown sugar, ½ cup of coconut oil and a drop of peppermint oil. Rub this mixture on your feet and let it stay for five minutes. Rinse it off with water and pat dry. You can also apply thick moisturiser afterwards to your feet for better results.
