So to avoid this unwanted situation, here are some natural ways to reduce hair fall.
1. Oil massage
Massaging your hair with oil is the best way to protect your hair from falling. Oil reaches out to the roots of the hair and increases blood flow to the hair follicles. Oiling also strengthens the roots of the hair, which prevents hair from falling. Oil not only strengthens the roots but also moisturises the hair and makes it softer. Aloe Vera is a natural ingredient which is not only helpful in tackling skin problems but also beneficial in the prevention of hair fall. You can also use henna for conditioning. Mix aloe Vera juice with henna and keep it on your head for some time and then wash it. This will make your hair soft and conditioned.
