Heart Day is an initiative to spread awareness about heart Disease and Stroke Prevention.It serves the purpose of educating people worldwide about the ways in which they can take better care of their Hearts to stay Healthy and Fit.

It is reported that Heart Diseases is the NO 1 Killer Globally Killing more than 17.9 million worldwide that’s much more than Corona, Cancer, HIV , AIDS and Malaria.

There are several factors which contribute to the increasing number of cases of Heart-related issues-The prominent being–Sedentary Lifestyle. Overeating, lack of exercise, unhealthy diets and high blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose levels are all factors which can trigger heart disease.

World Heart Day tends to deliver a message to People the World Over that Heart Diseases can be prevented-All that you need to do is take care and precautions.

World Heart Day is celebrated every year on the 29th of September. It was created by the World Heart Federation. The first World Heart Day took place back in the year 2000 and Since then it has become a regular feature every year.
