1. Coffee Grounds

Take a spoonful of leftover coffee grounds after brewing it and add some honey to it. Mix well to get a thick paste. Apply the paste to your hips and thighs before you take a bath. Allow it to dry and then scrub it off with wet hands. Wash it with water. Do this 2 -3 times a week.

Stand straight and keep your feet hip-width apart, and push your hips back. Put your weight on your heels and then squat down into a 90-degree angle. Take a glass of water and add some honey and two teaspoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar to it. Stir well and drink this daily in the morning, before your breakfast. Alternatively, mix three parts of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with one part of coconut oil or olive oil. Use this mixture to massage your butt and thighs. Massage for half an hour and wash it off with water. Do this two times every day to get rid of butt fat.

Practising yoga exercises is one of the best ways to tone your butt. You can practise yoga poses like Bridge Pose, cabbler’s pose etc. to tone your hips and thighs.
