1. Priyanka Chopra’s Secret for Healthy Lips

She is someone who believes in relying on natural methods rather than the chemical ones. Her secret of having such amazing lips is the Sea Salt Lip Scrub which she uses often. This scrub is nourishing and provides lips with the moisture they require. It also makes them soft and supple.

For making the Scrub you need,

-A pinch of salt

-Glycerin

-Rose water

-Lemon juice (for brightening the uneven colour)

Preparing the Scrub

Add a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Add two-three drops of glycerine to the salt and add a few drops of rose water. Mix this well. Apply this to your lips and rub it gently. Wash it off to get plumper, smoother and healthier lips instantly.  Adding lemon juice is your choice.

She also likes to use fresh milk cream on her lips. It is a great way of nourishing the lips if applied overnight. She is rarely seen in dark shades of lipsticks. She prefers to use nude or lighter shades of lipsticks.

Mix in a bowl, full-fat yogurt according to the length of your hair, a teaspoon of honey and an egg. Blend this well and then apply it on to your hair. Leave it as a mask for 30 minutes-to-1 hours and wash it off with warm water and mild shampoo.

Scrubbing the body is as essential as scrubbing the face. It helps in removing the dead skin cells from the surface and leaves your body smooth. However, it is important that you use a moisturiser after scrubbing the body. Scrubbing often take away the hydration from the skin and leaves it dry and rough. This is however different with different skin types. Use your favourite moisturiser and if you are not really sure about what moisturiser you must use, then use a mild one.

For preparing this body scrub, you require;

-Gram Flour

-Lemon juice

-Greek yogurt, whole milk

-Turmeric powder

-Sandalwood powder

Preparation

In a bowl, add a small cup of gram flour and mix it with lemon juice and add enough Greek Yogurt and whole milk to it. Add two tea spoons of sandalwood powder and a pinch of turmeric powder into the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly and apply it on the entire body. Leave it for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, with wet hands scrub it off from the whole body and shower as usual. If you have oily skin, go for fat-free yogurt or low-fat milk. P.s. If gram flour is not available, you can use whole wheat flour.
