Take a one-inch piece of ginger, peel it and grate it into large shaped pieces. Then zest the lime and squeeze out half the juice. Then chop the cucumber and place cucumber, ginger, lime, almond oil and sea salt in a food processor to get a grainy texture. Put the mixture in a container and rub the scrub onto damp skin in circular movements while you are in the shower. Pat dry and then apply moisturiser.
