But the best way to start your day is with drinking two glasses of warm water. Why? So, drink a glass of warm water early morning to detoxify your body and lose weight.

Now, you may think that drinking water early morning is boring as water does not have any taste. Well, we have a solution for that also! If you do not want to drink two big glasses of warm water, you can try detox drinks as they also help in eliminating toxins and excess sodium from the body.

You can choose any of the following detox drinks, and you need to drink it on a daily basis for a month:

1. Lemon Drink
